  • ABOUT MIMA MUSEUM - Mima Museum: the best of Contemporary Art in Brussels

    ABOUT MIMA MUSEUM

In 2016, the contemporary art museum, MIMA: Millennium Iconoclast Museum of Art, opened its doors in the center of Brussels, in the Molenbeek district.

At the dawn of the millennium, the communication revolution generated a new social paradigm in which social networks redefine the relationship between artists and society. These artists, pushing boundaries with their multidisciplinary skills, empathetic vibrations, and contagious allure, rewrite cultural norms. In Belgium, MIMA plays the role of Pygmalion for these iconoclastic actors.
